PechaKucha SPARK inspires to bring together creative, passionate young people (Age 20 and below) to network, meet and show their work in public.
PechaKucha SPARK inspires to bring together creative, passionate young people to network, meet and show their work in public. Through the PechaKucha platform, we hope to ignite hidden talent, encourage fresh ideas, and to ultimately show something that is significantly unique and can only be found in our youth.
PechaKucha actually means chit-chat in Japanese! PechaKucha 20x20 is a simple presentation format where you show 20 images, each for 20 seconds. The images advance automatically and you talk along to the images. PechaKucha now happens in over 1,000 cities worldwide. They are informal and fun gatherings where creative people get together and share their ideas, works, thoughts, holidays snaps - just about anything really in the PechaKucha 20x20 format.
